This space was born from a deep remembering: that integration is not just a personal practice—it is a communal one.
Over the last decade, I’ve walked between the clinical and the mystical—studying depth psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing®, trauma-informed yoga, and the sacred use of plant and fungi medicines across Indigenous and Western traditions. My path has taken me through the jungles of Costa Rica, into the heart of the Colombian Amazon, where i am now committed to a path of deep study and service of wisdom keeper medicine spaces.
In this group, we gather in meditation, shared dialogue, and sacred processing to root mystical experiences into the body, psyche, and everyday life. Together, we tend to the mysteries—because integration is amplified when we do it in community.

INNER ALTAR is an integration community that gathers virtually, twice monthly on Tuesday’s for a ceremonial 80 minutes together. In this intimate and affordable way to receive support along your spiritual path, this gathering is part group therapy, part group coaching, part spiritual-psychosomatic education. You will be apart of a like minded and like hearted community whom long to continue their deep inner work, together.
